SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Traffic Safety Advisory Board is hosting a back-to-school safety bash at Destiny Mall on Wednesday, August 12. The Safety Bash will be held at the Canyon from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
“Destiny USA is thrilled to collaborate with the Onondaga County Traffic Safety Advisory Board for the Back-to-School Safety Bash again,” said Samantha Marshall, Marketing Director at Destiny USA. “We believe that safety education should be taught at a young age, and this event is the perfect platform to reach our community.”
The event is a free, family-friendly event and will feature “touch a truck” with several different law enforcement vehicles, interactive displays, demonstrations, K9s, educational activities, and giveaways. Local law enforcement and safety agencies will be on hand to promote traffic safety awareness and provide valuable education on staying safe in our community…
