Syracuse Police find shooting victim at St. Joseph’s Hospital; no arrests announced

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department is looking for the public’s help in connection with a shooting.

The police department said officers walked into St. Joseph’s Hospital around 11:17 a.m. on Tuesday after it received a report of a gunshot victim. The victim was at the hospital’s emergency department.

The police found a 21-year-old man inside the emergency department suffering from a gunshot wound to his shoulder and hand. As of 12:20 p.m. on Tuesday, the victim is listed in stable condition and is expected to survive…
