SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Salvation Army, which serves thousands of people, has launched an emergency fundraiser in light of funding reductions.
On Aug. 11, the Salvation Army said it needs the community’s help after the United Way was unfortunately forced to cut its funding by more than $350,000.
