SYTACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse police shut down a large event at the Westcott Theater Thursday night after officers determined the venue did not have the required permits, according to the Syracuse Police Department.
Officers responded to the theater at 524 Westcott Street around 10:05 p.m. on Aug. 20 for a large, paid event.
