MADISON, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — Madison County Sheriffs have provided an update on the investigation into the murder-suicide in the Town of Madison.
Sheriffs have been investigating the murder since Friday, August 7 and have identified the murder weapon used in the deaths of Steve Sislo and Donna Walker-Sislo. Both were found deceased on the morning of Friday, August 7 by deputies at their house on McCormick Road.
At that time, Deputies were dispatched to the residence for a concern for welfare complaint. Upon arriving at the residence, officers could smell gas coming from the residence. However, it is unknown if the gas within the residence contributed to the deaths of any of the three people found inside…
