BRUTUS, NY — A Syracuse man was arrested on a criminal contempt charge after allegedly violating an order of protection by texting a victim.
Ricky R. Verean, 45, of Syracuse, was arrested Sept. 4 at 12:33 p.m. by Cayuga County Sheriff’s deputies.
