Skaneateles, N.Y. — A restaurant that opened just last fall is already getting international attention for both what comes out of its kitchen and what gets poured alongside it.
Fields Restaurant at Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa has picked up two major accolades, earning a spot on Travel + Leisure’s list of the 25 best hotel restaurants in the world and Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence for its wine program.
The recognition comes roughly a year after the resort opened, bringing a new dining destination to a region already known for what it pours.
