CATO, N.Y. — A person was stuck inside a vehicle in the water near the Cross Lake Marina in Cato on Oct. 4.
The Cato Fire Department was dispatched to the scene. Before the firefighters made it to the scene, a New York State Trooper and the owner of Cross Lake Marina were able to rescue the person who was stuck inside the car.
