Through the first five games of the season, Christian Brothers Academy quarterback Matt Kowalski has thrown 13 touchdown passes. Nearly half of them came in the Brothers’ season-opening win over Archbishop Stepinac.
“When you invest a lot of your time in the offseason and all the work I’ve done in the offseason, I kind of expect for that to pay off,” Kowalski said. “The coaches and my teammates have only motivated me to do that.”
