Syracuse, N.Y. — Fewer homes are being sold in Onondaga County this year, even as the average home sale price keeps rising, according to new data.
Home sales are down 8.9% in the county when compared with this point in 2025. A total of 2,579 homes have been sold countywide, a decrease of 253 sales.
