Syracuse, N.Y. — Gloria Hill always said don’t drink and drive, be responsible and if anyone needed a ride, to call her, no matter the time, according to her daughter. “My mom was very against drinking and driving,” said Tiffany Hill, Gloria’s daughter. “She always said don’t do it, please.”
