Syracuse, N.Y. – A man was arrested Thursday after beating a cat named Milo in Syracuse, causing Milo to be euthanized, police said. Frank Paglia, 24, also tried to get a dog to attack Milo, a black cat, after the cat scratched him on Dec. 26, Syracuse police said.
