SYRACUSE, N.Y. – In a unanimous vote Monday afternoon, Syracuse Common Councilors voted to spend up to $1 million dollars on a total redo of the fountain in Hanover Square. The proposed redesign includes a more resilient façade, lighting enhancements, a cascading water feature and additional seating around the fountain.
