SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A garage in Syracuse was destroyed by a fire Wednesday morning.
The Syracuse Fire Department said crews arrived at the fire at 809 Danforth St. around 9:45 a.m. Arriving crews found a single-story detached garage with a large amount of flames visible.
Crews that were first at the scene deployed a hose line down the driveway of the residence to get water to the garage. Firefighters were able to access the inside of the garage through its rollup door and saw that the fire was burning throughout it.
