ONONDAGA NATION TERRITORY — The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a violent fugitive and two other suspects.
The sheriff’s office said it charged Jeffrey Smoke Jr., 44, with multiple counts of robbery, assault in the first and second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon. All of the charges are felonies.
