Syracuse, N.Y. — A man with a gunshot wound to his leg was found walking in Syracuse by police Friday afternoon.
Around 1:14 p.m., a Syracuse police officer found a man with a gunshot wound outside of the Nappi Wellness Institute in the 700 block of East Adams Street, according to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatches.
