The Syracuse Police Department is investigating a shooting near Pioneer Homes on Friday, April 10.
At approximately 1:13 p.m., Syracuse Police Officers responded to the 700 block of East Adams Street for a report of a shooting with injuries, according to a department spokesperson. Upon arrival, officers observed Upstate Police personnel rendering aid to a male who was lying on the ground.
Syracuse Police said the victim was identified as a 24-year-old man who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound to his left leg. The victim was transported by ambulance to Upstate University Hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition…
