Tipp Hill monument to 2 slain Central NY police officers to be unveiled

Syracuse, N.Y. — A monument in Syracuse’s Tipperary Hill neighborhood to two area police officers killed in spring 2024 is set to be unveiled on Tuesday.

A ceremony is scheduled for 9 a.m. on the grounds of the James Pass Arboretum, at 350 S. Avery Ave.
