SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR) — Traffic is going to look different around Van Buren Street.
Starting April 15, closures are about to impact those attending a game or show at the dome, heading to one of the hospitals for an appointment, or even getting to class on time at one of the nearby colleges like Syracuse University.
