Syracuse, N.Y. — A 15-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting outside Destiny USA mall last month that left a 21-year-old man dead, Syracuse police said Tuesday.
The boy was arrested Monday morning, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department. Police did not release the boy’s name.
