Syracuse, N.Y. – A surveillance video captured a person placing something in a cupcake vending machine and running out of a Syracuse building seconds before an explosion.
The explosion on Friday afternoon destroyed the vending machines in the lobby of the building at 404 Oak St. The blast rocked the building and forced an evacuation.
