Two Syracuse kids testify about how they were shot by a man on Veo electric bike

Syracuse, N.Y. ― Josiah, 10, and Qua’mir, 9, were not in school Tuesday morning. Instead, they were in a Syracuse courtroom waiting their turn to take a witness stand.

Josiah brought his multicolored backpack to the stand with him. Qua’mir held a small toy in his hand as he testified.
