Syracuse judge gives Nob Hill owners an ultimatum: Let tenants into building or pay up

Syracuse, N.Y. — Sean Stanyon has been sleeping on an air mattress and sitting in a camping chair for more than a month. That’s when a deadly fire forced him and 50 other families out of Building 3 at Nob Hill apartments.

Syracuse City Court Judge Shadia Tadros decided that was long enough.
