Clay, N.Y. — A man from Clay was arrested Wednesday for transmitting child sexual abuse material, according to State Police.
Caleb S. Wiggins, 21, was charged with two felonies:
- Promoting a sexual performance by a child, two counts
- Possessing a sexual performance by a child
The charges stem from an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation into the transmission of child sexual exploitation material online, said Sgt. Jack Keller, a spokesperson for State Police.
