State Police say 41 year old Russell Darling of Preble was arrested back on April 19 after Troopers were informed of a domestic dispute that occurred at an address on Hammond Hill Road in Dryden back on the 18th.
Police say two people reported when they were in a vehicle, Darling had approached the vehicle and punched one of the persons inside. They also accused Darling of brandishing what appeared to be a pistol. State Police say Darling knew the two individuals inside the vehicle.
Both parties would separate and Darling would leave the area. Troopers were able to locate and interview Darling regarding the incident and he was arrested…
