Man charged in 2025 double homicide in Syracuse pleads guilty

David Huff on Tuesday pleaded guilty to fatally shooting 32-year-old Yeraldith Tschudy and his 11-year-old son, Jeremiah, at a home on Roney Road on March 18, 2025. Huff, 44, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder.

Each count carries a 20 years-to-life sentence, which will be run consecutively for a total of 40 years-life.
