The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for parts of Central New York, warning that temperatures will drop into the low to mid 30s overnight and could damage sensitive outdoor vegetation.
The advisory affects Onondaga, Seneca, Cayuga, Oswego and Yates counties and runs from 11 p.m. Thursday to 9 a.m. Friday.
