Syracuse, N.Y. — Single-family homes in Onondaga County sold in a little over a month in February, according to data from Redfin, a national real estate brokerage.
Homes in the county spent a median of 38 days on the market before selling in February. That’s in line with the number in most Februarys since 2021.
