SYRACUSE, NY — New York State Police arrested a Syracuse man Friday following a four-month narcotics investigation.
Mack A. Givens, 49, of Syracuse, was taken into custody May 1 after investigators executed search warrants at a Midland Avenue residence and on Givens himself.
Police seized approximately 3.26 pounds of fentanyl, 72.8 grams of methamphetamine, two 9mm handguns, three high-capacity magazines, assorted ammunition, narcotics packaging materials and a digital scale with cocaine residue…
