Syracuse, N.Y. — A stretch of Interstate 690 east in Syracuse will be reduced to one lane Thursday as crews continue work on the Interstate 81 Viaduct Project, officials said.
The lane closure will be between the I-81 north on-ramp and Exit 17 for Teall Avenue on Thursday, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
