SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse Police Department is investigating two separate stabbings and a homicide that occurred Thursday night in different parts of the city.
Police said officers responded around 8:33 p.m. to the 400 block of West Beard Avenue for a reported stabbing. Officers found a man in his 50s suffering from stab wounds to the hand and chest area. He was taken to Upstate Community Hospital with injuries considered non-life threatening.
