Cicero, N.Y. — After expanding and opening a location in the village of Manlius in 2025, Holland Farms Bakery & Deli is growing again.
The Yorkville-based bakery, which has operated in the Utica area for more than 70 years, is opening stores in two more locations in Onondaga County. One is in Cicero; the second one hasn’t been revealed yet.
The bakery is known for its half-moon cookies, jelly rolls and other fresh baked goods. It opened a store at 343 Fayette St. in Manlius in August 2025. That’s in addition to its Yorkville bakery…
