FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — A multi-car rollover crash blocked all but one lane of traffic for about two and a half hours on southbound I-5 in Federal Way Saturday afternoon.
As of 7:07 p.m., all lanes are now open and traffic is flowing, according to WSDOT.
