One of the biggest, most popular events of the year is this weekend along the downtown Gig Harbor waterfront: the Maritime Gig Festival.
Festivities kick off at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, June 6, with a free pancake breakfast at Skansie Park, sponsored by the Gig Harbor Kiwanis Club.
The Maritime Gig Grande Parade starts at 10 a.m. Saturday, with local clubs and organizations (including Gig Harbor Now) marching down Harborview Drive from the Harbor History Museum to Judson Street…
