A man found guilty of killing a bystander during a carjacking in 2021 before dumping his body in a gutter has been sentenced to 73 years in prison.
Prosecutors said Joseph Dixon approached a car stopped at a Circle K gas station in Kent back in September 2021 and opened fire.
