A Tacoma site that was once home to The News Tribune has sold in another high-priced mega-warehouse sale in Pierce County.
The 13-acre property, redeveloped as Tacoma Central Logistics, sold in a transaction recorded Aug. 12 for $55 million to a Denver LLC affiliated with Los Angeles-based Ares Management, a global alternative investment firm that includes the Ares Industrial Real Estate Income Trust division.
