FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — A busy freeway ramp was closed for more than four hours after a brief chase and crash in Federal Way early Thursday.
Shortly before 1 a.m., a Washington State Patrol (WSP) trooper saw a black Dodge Charger on northbound Interstate 5 at 54th Avenue East in Fife.
