Update as of 12:15 p.m. The truck driver was trying to make a U-turn after missing his exit to I-705 when he got stuck, said Trooper Kameron Watts of the Washington State Patrol. The driver decided to disconnect the trailer to try to reposition it, but couldn’t complete the turn, he said.
