The 38th annual Victorian Christmas Festival is returning to Puyallup in December with an assortment of handmade art, décor, jewelry, photography, bath and body products, clothing, specialty foods, and more.
This year’s festival, presented by Puyallup Chocolates, will run Dec. 3-6 at the Washington State Fair Events Center. Children 12 and under get in free, and military personnel receive free admission with a government ID at the box office. Senior discounts are available.

While visitors shop, Dickens’ Carolers will fill the air with holiday melodies. A parcel-check service is available to store purchases…
