New permit filings with the city of Tacoma represent one of the remaining large apartment projects left to develop from the COVID-19 era.
The project at 2534 S. G St. calls for a new eight-story apartment building with 175 units and 126 parking stalls across three vacant parcels, according to the documents filed with the city Oct. 22.
