Update, 4:50 p.m.: The driver of the car was uninjured by the crash but was “pretty incoherent” and told troopers he was diabetic, said Washington State Patrol spokesperson Trooper Juan Martinez.
A witness to the incident told troopers that the vehicle had been traveling southbound and veered across all lanes before striking the median barrier roughly 10 times as it traveled along the left shoulder for about 4 miles, Martinez said.
Martinez said the driver was taken to the hospital and that no one else was injured…
