A 19-year-old woman died earlier this week after a crash in Tacoma.
According to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s public portal, the woman — Olivia Skaar — died on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from multiple blunt-force injuries.
Officer Shelbie Boyd, spokesperson for the Tacoma Police Department, told The News Tribune the collision happened at the intersection of Sweet Street and East Portland Avenue when a vehicle carrying Skaar and one other person crashed into a tree.
