TALLAHASSEE, Florida — Nathan Taylor Porter, a 21-year-old from Tallahassee, Florida, has been indicted on two counts of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
Porter appeared in federal court for his arraignment before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick in Tallahassee. A change of plea hearing is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. before Chief District Court Judge Allen C. Winsor, also in Tallahassee. If convicted, Porter faces up to 15 years of imprisonment on each count, according to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.
