TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A little fly is causing big problems for folks who want to bring pets into Florida, as new rules say people can’t bring in any warm-blooded animals from certain states without a veterinary exam.
To combat the spread of New World screwworms in infested states like Florida and New Mexico, the Florida Department of Agriculture has implemented new rules.
