TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee postal worker arrested in July has pleaded guilty to mail theft charges, according to a press release by the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of Florida.
Records show that 43-year-old NaPeaches Blair pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by mail by a postal employee. Blair was reportedly an employee with the U.S. Postal Service for about 8 years.
Authorities found that in Dec. last year, while working, Blair took gift cards from two envelopes and used them at a Tallahassee store and a Quincy gas station. Blair was arrested later in July after being seen opening a letter, taking $1,000 in cash from it and putting the empty letter in the outgoing mail basket, per previous coverage…
