TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Leon County commissioners have approved $21 million for safety changes along North Monroe Street, advancing a long-discussed project on one of Tallahassee’s busiest corridors.
The vote gives the project a funding path. It does not put construction crews on the road yet.
