Alabama’s ground game transformed dramatically after halftime. The Crimson Tide managed just 27 rushing yards in the first half but erupted for 220 yards after the break, fueling their 50-36 victory. The turnaround was even more impressive considering Florida State once held a commanding 21-6 lead early in the second quarter.

“I think it was just the mindset going into the second half. I don’t know, there was something off in the first half. I mean, the coaches really got us hyped for the second half, and we really came and put it together,” Delgatty told reporters following the Tide’s comeback win.
