Humid through tomorrow, more comfortable this weekend

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Humidity will stick around until a cold front moves through tomorrow. While it won’t bring many showers, a few are possible through Friday. The bigger change arrives this weekend behind the front.

Humid evening:

Mostly cloudy and humid with scattered showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Most spots will not see rain today, but those that do may see some heavy downpours and a few rumbles of thunder.

Otherwise, partly sunny and very warm and humid. Temperatures in the upper 70s for any outdoor evening plans. Cooler where rain fell.

Friday front:

Fog again as you head out the door early on Friday morning. Fog will lift through the morning and clouds will slowly break. Much like Thursday, I am expecting more clouds than sunshine with some breaks in the afternoon. Scattered showers and a few storms for the central and eastern Big Bend as a cold front slices through the region. A light breeze and cloudy behind the front.

Nice weekend ahead:

Eventually, cooler and drier air arrives behind the cold front. You will really notice it on Saturday. Much less humid as you wake up. That nice feel will continue through the afternoon. Highs in the mid to upper 70s.

Chilly to start Sunday, with morning lows in the upper 40s. A nice afternoon in the mid-70s. Mostly sunny…
