One man was shot and another stabbed in separate early Thursday morning incidents. Both were injured, and Tallahassee police are investigating.
First, officers responded to a report of a shooting shortly after midnight at the Leon Arms Apartments.
When they arrived, they found a man in the stairwell with two gunshot wounds, according to a TPD incident report.
“The victim provided limited information regarding what had occurred,” TPD said. “He was transported to a local hospital where it was determined his injuries were non-life threatening.”
Later, TPD also responded to an unrelated call around 8:30 a.m. about a stabbing.
Officers arrived at a residence in the 600 block of West Georgia Street and found another man with a non-life threatening stab wound, they said.
As of Thursday morning, there were no suspects or arrests in either case.
