A Gadsden County man who was once investigated over concerning social media posts has been ordered deported after spending months in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody, a case that comes as new data show tens of thousands of immigration arrests across Florida.
Louis Duxbury, who remains inside an immigration detention center, said he has been ordered deported back to the United Kingdom.
The case began with a tip in Gadsden County after someone reported Duxbury had made terroristic threats on social media. Investigators looked into those claims, but weeks later no criminal charges were filed…
